30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be included (if applicable)
  • Items must show no signs of damage caused by use or mishandling
  • Any issues or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless confirmed.

How to Request a Return

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels

Processing Returns

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Returns are processed within 2–4 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation once your return has been approved

Refunds

After approval, refunds are issued via:

  • Store Credit (most common)
  • Original Payment Method (where applicable)

Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The quickest option is to:

  2. Place a new order for your preferred item

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing your order.

After this window, orders are processed quickly and can no longer be modified or cancelled. If needed, you can follow our return process once your order arrives.
